Charcuterie Class

Mad Platter Provisions recently held a Make & Take charcuterie class held at the picturesque Saint Tryphon Farm & Vineyards. Participants in our charcuterie class embarked on a culinary journey, exploring the art of assembling beautifully curated meat and cheese boards. Guided by our charcuterie artisan, they learned how to select the perfect variety of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and complementary accompaniments like fruits, nuts, and spreads. The class covered the essentials of balancing flavors, creating visually stunning presentations, and pairing selections with the right wines. By the end, each participant gained the confidence to craft impressive charcuterie boards and got to leave with a completed charcuterie assortment.
